All you need to know before visiting the Efteling
You are welcome to check in between 15:00 and 24:00. Hotel ’t Peperhuys operates a self check-in system. This means that a staff member is present until 15:00, and from that moment on you can check in yourself using the code you will receive prior to arrival. We have chosen this system because many guests visiting the Efteling return to the hotel after the park closes, often after dinner.
If you plan to visit the Efteling on your day of arrival, you can collect your tickets at the hotel before the park opens. We will also check you in at that time, and you are welcome to leave your luggage with us—we will make sure it is safely placed in your room.

No, that’s not necessary. Once you arrive at the hotel, we will arrange your tickets right away. If you plan to visit the park on your day of arrival, you can collect your tickets at the hotel before opening hours.
If you’re unable to come, your deposit will be automatically refunded.

Children from 0 to 3 years old can enjoy Efteling for free, how great is that? Once they turn 4, they will need an entrance ticket. Make sure to enter their age during the reservation process to ensure everything is ready for your visit!
Our hotel is located in the heart of Kaatsheuvel, just a pleasant 15-minute walk from the Efteling. Prefer not to walk? We’ll gladly direct you to a free parking area just 8 minutes away—this information is also included in your online check-in email.
